The Saint Michael Command Suite: a custom-built, multi-tenant operations platform covering POS, inventory, HR/payroll, and executive analytics for a 5-company, 12-branch restaurant and hospitality group. A strict forward-only kitchen state machine drives the order lifecycle with live recipe-based stock deduction; a DOLE-compliant payroll engine handles regular/OT/night-diff/holiday pay with configurable multiplier rules and PDF payslips; a PIN-based kiosk supports offline-capable attendance clock-in. Each branch is themed independently, with inventory, transactions, and employees scoped at the database level via Row Level Security. "Malaya AI," a Groq-backed assistant grounded in deterministic SQL aggregates rather than free-form retrieval, answers business questions in plain language, scoped by role from branch manager up to executive.
